How do we edge a new diamond saw blade ( guide for edging )

1.Most of diamond segments are sintered in the mold ,and the maximum  of    segment No . in the same mold is not more than 16. While there are tens of, even hundreds of,segments on a single blade.This explains why the different  sizes of segments from the same blade occurred . And this is also the answer for why the new blade should be edged/openned before putting into use .

2.The new segments just produced are enwrapped by the metal bond matrix,  should be edged/openned before putting into sawing .

3.It is recommended to edge/open blades on the edger/open-machine before installed on the saw machine,this is in consideration of the edging/openning efficiency and the quality to the blade .

4.For the installed blades,apply firebrick or softs and stone for the edging/openning before putting blades into work .

5. It is also recommended to use firebrick(and so on)to restore the edging/openning of the blade which become blunt .
